  • 1 bunch Swiss chard washed and chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped Swiss chard and cook, stirring occasionally, until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
