Shepherd's Salad / Çoban Salatası (Turkish Chopped Salad)

Salad Ingredients
- 2 cups Tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup Cucumbers, diced
- 1 cup Green bell pepper, diced
- ½ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, cucumbers, green bell pepper, red onion, and chopped parsley. 
- 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. 
- 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. 
- 4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
