Salad Ingredients
- 2 cups Tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup Cucumbers, diced
- 1 cup Green bell pepper, diced
- ½ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, cucumbers, green bell pepper, red onion, and chopped parsley.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
