  • 1 cup Cucumbers, diced
  • 1 cup Green bell pepper, diced
  • ½ cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions
