Shish Taouk (Yogurt Marinated Chicken Skewers)

Marinade
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1.5 lbs Chicken Breast, cut into cubes
In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, olive oil, garlic, tomato paste, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
Grill the chicken skewers for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly charred.
Serve hot with your choice of sides.
