Ingredients 

Marinade

  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Breast, cut into cubes

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, olive oil, garlic, tomato paste, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  4. Grill the chicken skewers for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  5. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
