Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage shredded
  • 1 Carrot grated
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley chopped
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and sliced red bell pepper.
  2. 2. Add the chopped parsley to the bowl and mix well.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
