- 12 sheets Phyllo Dough
- 200 g Feta Cheese crumbled
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, beaten egg, and chopped parsley.
2. Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and place a spoonful of the cheese mixture at one end.
3. Roll the phyllo dough tightly around the cheese mixture, folding in the sides as you go.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
