  • 200 g Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, beaten egg, and chopped parsley.
  2. 2. Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and place a spoonful of the cheese mixture at one end.
  3. 3. Roll the phyllo dough tightly around the cheese mixture, folding in the sides as you go.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
