Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 2 cups Stale Bread crusts removed
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • as needed Water

Instructions 

  1. Soak the bread in water until soft, then squeeze out excess water.
  2. In a food processor, blend garlic and walnuts until finely chopped.
  3. Add the soaked bread and blend until smooth.
  4. With the processor running, slowly add olive oil and vinegar.
  5. Season with salt and adjust consistency with water if needed.
