Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic sliced
- 500 g Spinach washed and drained
- ¼ cup Pine Nuts toasted
- ¼ cup Raisins
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 
- Add sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown. 
- Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. 
- Stir in pine nuts and raisins. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. 
- Serve immediately.
