  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic sliced
  • 500 g Spinach washed and drained
  • ¼ cup Pine Nuts toasted
  • ¼ cup Raisins
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in pine nuts and raisins. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately.
