  • 1 cup yogurt plain
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and blanch in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
  2. 2. Drain the spinach and let it cool. Squeeze out excess water and chop finely.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, and salt. Mix well.
  4. 4. Serve chilled with pita bread or as a side dish.
