Stuffed Artichoke Bottoms with Meat (Enginar Dolmasi)

Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Artichoke bottoms
- 250 grams Ground beef
- 1 piece Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, tomato paste, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Stuff each artichoke bottom with the meat mixture.
Place the stuffed artichokes in a baking dish. Add water and drizzle olive oil over them.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
