Stuffed Artichoke Bottoms with Meat (Enginar Dolmasi)

Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Artichoke bottoms
- 250 grams Ground beef
- 1 piece Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). 
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, tomato paste, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. 
- Stuff each artichoke bottom with the meat mixture. 
- Place the stuffed artichokes in a baking dish. Add water and drizzle olive oil over them. 
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes. 
- Serve hot and enjoy!
