- 12 pieces Mini bell peppers tops cut off and seeds removed
- 1 cup Cooked rice
- ½ cup Ground beef cooked
- ¼ cup Chopped onions sautéed
- ¼ cup Chopped tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, ground beef, sautéed onions, chopped tomatoes, salt, and black pepper.
Stuff each mini bell pepper with the rice mixture.
Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until peppers are tender.
