- 8 pieces Small calamari cleaned
- 1 cup Cooked rice
- ½ cup Grated cheese
- 2 tablespoon Chopped fresh herbs parsley, dill, or basil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, grated cheese, chopped herbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Stuff each calamari with the rice mixture and secure the ends with toothpicks.
Place the stuffed calamari in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the calamari are tender.
Serve hot, garnished with extra herbs if desired.
