Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Mushrooms stems removed
  • 1 cup Cheese shredded, for cheese filling
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs for breadcrumb filling
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cheese or breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
