- 12 pieces Mushrooms stems removed
- 1 cup Cheese shredded, for cheese filling
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs for breadcrumb filling
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cheese or breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
Serve warm.
