Stuffed Onions (Sogan Dolmasi)

- 4 large Onions peeled
- 200 g Ground Meat beef or lamb
- 100 g Rice washed and drained
- 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Water
1. Cut off the tops of the onions and hollow out the centers, leaving a shell.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, rice, tomato paste, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
3. Stuff the onions with the meat mixture.
4. Place the stuffed onions in a large pot, drizzle with olive oil, and add water.
5. Cover and cook on low heat for about 1 hour or until the onions are tender.
