Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large Onions peeled
  • 200 g Ground Meat beef or lamb
  • 100 g Rice washed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut off the tops of the onions and hollow out the centers, leaving a shell.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, rice, tomato paste, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. 3. Stuff the onions with the meat mixture.
  4. 4. Place the stuffed onions in a large pot, drizzle with olive oil, and add water.
  5. 5. Cover and cook on low heat for about 1 hour or until the onions are tender.
