Su Böreği (Water Borek - Layered, soft)

Main Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 200 g feta cheese crumbled
- 1 bunch parsley chopped
- 100 g butter melted
- 1 cup water
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, eggs, salt, and water to form a dough. Knead until smooth.
2. Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces and roll each piece into a thin sheet.
3. Boil a large pot of water and cook each sheet of dough for 1-2 minutes. Remove and place in cold water to stop cooking.
4. In a baking dish, layer the boiled dough sheets, brushing each layer with melted butter.
5. Mix crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley. Spread this mixture between some of the layers.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 45-60 minutes until golden brown.
