Main Ingredients
- 500 g Phyllo Dough
- 300 g Feta Cheese crumbled
- 1 cup Parsley chopped
- 3 units Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley.
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Brush a baking tray with some olive oil. Layer half of the phyllo dough sheets, brushing each sheet with the egg mixture.
Spread the feta and parsley mixture evenly over the layered phyllo dough.
Layer the remaining phyllo dough sheets on top, again brushing each sheet with the egg mixture.
Pour any remaining egg mixture over the top layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
