Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package phyllo dough thawed
  • 2 cups feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine feta, ricotta, dill, olive oil, egg, and black pepper.
  3. Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough and brush with melted butter. Place another sheet on top and brush with butter again.
  4. Cut the phyllo into strips about 3 inches wide. Place a tablespoon of the cheese mixture at one end of each strip and fold into triangles.
  5. Place triangles on a baking sheet and brush with more melted butter.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
