Tomato Basil Bruschetta

- 4 slices bread preferably Italian or French baguette
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes diced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ¼ cup fresh basil chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, and olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted bread slices.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
