Main Ingredients
- 4 Tomatoes chopped
- 1 Red Onion thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon Sumac
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes and thinly sliced red onion. 
- 2. Add the sumac, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until well mixed. 
- 3. Serve immediately or let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
