Tuna Salad (Middle Eastern Style)
A refreshing and flavorful Middle Eastern style tuna salad.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cans Tuna drained
- 1 cup Chopped cucumber
- 1 cup Chopped tomatoes
- ½ cup Chopped red onion
- ¼ cup Chopped parsley
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, chopped cucumber, chopped tomatoes, chopped red onion, and chopped parsley.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and ground cumin. Pour over the tuna mixture.
Toss everything together until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
