Tuna Salad (Middle Eastern Style)
A refreshing and flavorful Middle Eastern style tuna salad.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cans Tuna drained
- 1 cup Chopped cucumber
- 1 cup Chopped tomatoes
- ½ cup Chopped red onion
- ¼ cup Chopped parsley
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- to taste  Salt
- to taste  Black pepper
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, chopped cucumber, chopped tomatoes, chopped red onion, and chopped parsley. 
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and ground cumin. Pour over the tuna mixture. 
- Toss everything together until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. 
- Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
