Main Ingredients
- 500 g minced lamb
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1. In a large bowl, combine minced lamb, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. 
- 2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed. 
- 3. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape each portion around a skewer. 
- 4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and brush the skewers with olive oil. 
- 5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred. 
- 6. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
