Ingredients

  • 500 g minced lamb
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine minced lamb, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. 3. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape each portion around a skewer.
  4. 4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and brush the skewers with olive oil.
  5. 5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.
