- 2 cups walnuts shelled
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed

- ½ teaspoon cumin ground

1. Place the walnuts and garlic in a food processor. Pulse until finely ground.
