Main Ingredients
- 200 g Feta Cheese crumbled
- 60 ml Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Herbs chopped (like parsley, dill, or mint)
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
1. In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and garlic.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Add the chopped herbs and pulse a few times to combine.
4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
5. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with a little extra olive oil if desired. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or veggies.
