Ingredients

  • 200 g Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 60 ml Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Herbs chopped (like parsley, dill, or mint)
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and garlic.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. 3. Add the chopped herbs and pulse a few times to combine.
  4. 4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with a little extra olive oil if desired. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or veggies.
