  • 2 cups cooked white beans
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine the white beans, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. 3. Add ground cumin, salt, and black pepper to taste. Blend again to combine.
  4. 4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with additional cumin if desired.
  5. 5. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
