Yogurtlu Kebap (Kofta with Yogurt/Tomato Sauce)

Kofta Ingredients
- 500 g Ground beef
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Yogurt Sauce Ingredients
- 1 cup Plain yogurt
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Tomato Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 can Tomato paste small can
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Salt
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into small patties.
2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the kofta patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
3. For the yogurt sauce, combine yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
4. For the tomato sauce, heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add tomato paste, water, sugar, and salt. Stir well and simmer for about 10 minutes.
5. Serve the grilled kofta with a generous dollop of yogurt sauce and a drizzle of tomato sauce on top.
