Main Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon za'atar seasoning
  • Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle za'atar and salt.
  4. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Roast for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Let cool before serving.
