  • 2 cloves garlic peeled
  • 2 pieces green chili peppers seeded and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions

  2. 2. Blend until smooth, adding a little water if needed to reach desired consistency.
