Main Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh cilantro leaves packed
- 2 cloves garlic peeled
- 2 pieces green chili peppers seeded and chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
2. Blend until smooth, adding a little water if needed to reach desired consistency.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
