Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Grated Zucchini squeezed to remove excess water
- 1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Olive Oil for frying
1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess water.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, crumbled feta, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Form the mixture into small patties and fry until golden brown on both sides.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
