Zucchini Yogurt Dip (Kabak Tarator)

- 2 medium Zucchini grated
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Dill chopped
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess water.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the grated zucchini for 5-7 minutes until softened. Let it cool.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled zucchini, yogurt, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
