  • 2 medium Zucchini grated
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dill chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess water.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the grated zucchini for 5-7 minutes until softened. Let it cool.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled zucchini, yogurt, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
